What is “Wase Cutlet”?

A thinner-style pork cutlet. Thick-cut (Atsu Cutlet) is 8mm and thin-cut (Usu Cutlet) is 4mm, each sliced from pork loin and deep-fried.
All cutlets at our restaurant are served dipped in Sauce un’s signature Worcestershire-style sauce.
Please enjoy the side of mustard sauce as you like. Let us know if you prefer the sauce served separately.
