What is “Wasekatsu”?
It is a thin pork cutlet.
Thick cutlets are 8mm and thin cutlets are 4mm.
They are made by frying meat cut from pork loin.
Basically, our cutlets are dipped in “SAUCE-UN’s special Worcestershire sauce” before serving.
Please use the accompanying mustard nube as you like.
Please ask us if you would like to have it with extra sauce.
